Sabao Soul's Tallow Scrub Moisturizer is made from hand rendered beef fat. Our Tallow is then combined with Sweet Almond Oil, and Grapeseed oil along with cocoa butter, shea butter, sugar, tea grounds, and dried home grown spearmint leaves. We add Peppermint and Tea Tree essential oils. Peppermint is a natural skin deodorizer and helps control foot odor. Peppermint and Tea Trea are great anti-microbial and anti-fungus essential oils. We source our beef fat from our local Champs Beef Market. Champs sources its beef fat from Peeler Farms. Peeler Farms is a local ranch and they process all their own cattle within their own facilities. We take their grain and grass fed cattle beef fat and render it down over a 4 day process. This clarifies the tallow to its key fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals. The fatty acids contained within Tallow, Sweet Almond oil and Grapeseed oil are readily absorbed into the skin due its similar makeup of our own skin.
